Below are the daily rental prices.
The price varies depending on whether the rental is reserved for Low, Medium, Medium High or High Season. The price that will be applied per rental day will correspond to the season allocated to that day, regardless of whether the rental begins or ends in another period.
Discounts of up to 5%, 15% or 20% will be applied to these prices, depending on whether the maximum rental duration exceeds 6, 13 or 20 days of rental. That is, if the rental lasts 1, 2 or 3 weeks.
Requirements that drivers must meet
The client and any additional drivers (maximum two) must be at least 25 years old and in possession of a valid class B driving license, which they have held for at least 3 years and with a minimum of 6 points, or the national permit equivalent. If you are not a resident of the EU, you must be in possession of a valid international driving license for this type of vehicle.
Duration of the rental
The minimum rent length varies depending on the season. Thus: 1) in low and mid season the minimum rental is three (3) days; 2) in high season the minimum duration is seven (7) days.
In all cases, the maximum duration of the rental is sixty (60) days.
The rental period begins with the collection of the motorhome by the client at the agreed time at the agreed delivery point and ends with the delivery of the motorhome by the client at the agreed time at the agreed return point.
It will be understood that the delivery of the vehicle by the client has taken place with the final delivery of the keys by the client to the FURGOCASA staff. In no case will the time of arrival of the client at the FURGOCASA parking lot be considered as the time of delivery; and, much less, when the client still needs to carry out cleaning or emptying of tanks in the vehicle prior to the return (in this last case, penalties for delay will be applied).
Booking and rental payment
The customer must pay 50% of the rental cost at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid at the latest 15 days before the start of the rental. We will contact you a few days in advance in order to remind you of the pending payment.
If you make a booking less than 15 days in advance, you must pay 50% at the time of booking and 50% as soon as we have contacted you providing the necessary information.
In any case, the booking will not be fully confirmed until 100% of the rental cost has been paid.
Methods of payment
This website accepts the following payment methods: Credit card.
In the case of selecting bank transfer, you will be provided by email the details of the account to which the transfer should be made.
Right of withdrawal and cancellation of the rental agreement
The customer has for 14 calendar days the right to withdraw from the rental contract without justification and without penalty. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, understood as the moment in which the client "finalizes the purchase" on the web, formalizing the reservation.
As an extra guarantee to the aforementioned right, FURGOCASA confers to the client the additional power to cancel the reservation without any cost up to 30 days before the beginning of the rental period.
Having expired the period of 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal (which prevails in any case) and the rental start date being less than 30 days away, FURGOCASA will apply the following cancellation charges:
♦ between 16 and 29 days before the start of the rental, 25% of the total rental price.
♦ between 15 and 8 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the total rental price.
♦ less than 7 days before the start of the rental, 75% of the total rental price.
To exercise the referred right to cancel the reservation, the client must notify FURGOCASA CAMPERVANS, S.L., Calle Francisco Silvela, 11, 4º IZQ, Madrid, with telephone 678 081 261 and email firstname.lastname@example.org his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, an email). To do this you can use the withdrawal form downloadable through this link (download form); although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for certain services
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to the provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when the performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgement by the consumer and user that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
Upon collection of the vehicle, the customer must deposit the amount of ONE THOUSAND EUROS (1,000 €) by credit card, as a deposit and as a guarantee of the faithful fulfillment of the obligations of the lease contract.
The refund of the deposit will be processed during the ten (10) working days following the return of the vehicle. During this period FURGOCASA will have the right to examine the vehicle, and to carry out as many tests and revisions as it deems necessary, in order to detect possible damages or flaws caused by the client in breach of its obligations during the rental.
When returning the vehicle at the end of the rental period, the client previously accepts the valuation of the damages resulting from the inspection carried out by FURGOCASA staff.
Return of the vehicle
Returns must always be made at the agreed time, which in any case must be within the delivery and return schedule set by FURGOCASA. Under no circumstances may a return be agreed or made outside the agreed time. In the event that, due to a delay in relation to the agreed return time, the client exceeds the scheduled return time, the return must be made in the next opening time slot, applying the corresponding penalties for delay.
The vehicle shall be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. In particular, it must be clean inside (exterior cleaning is not necessary) and with empty waste water and toilet tanks. Otherwise a supplement will be charged of:
♦ 20 euros (VAT included) in relation to the emptying of grey water.
♦ 50 euros (VAT included) in relation to the cleaning of the passenger compartment of the vehicle.
♦ 50 euros (VAT included) for the emptying of sewage (chemical toilet).
Appointment schedule: punctuality and delays
It is important to be punctually at the appointments agreed with FURGOCASA. Both the collection and return of the vehicle.
We are not where our campers are parked and we move and wait specifically at the location for each rental.
As a general rule, the times that appear on the rental invoice sent to the client by FURGOCASA will be considered the agreed times.
The delays, both in the delivery appointment and in the return of the vehicle entail a penalty.
Specifically, in the return of the vehicle, if the client does not arrive punctually to the agreed appointment, the client will pay FURGOCASA the amount of 40 euros (VAT included) for the first hour and 20 euros (VAT included) for each extra hour of delay. However, as a maximum, for each day of delay the price will be the equivalent of two days of rental.
The client, except in cases of force majeure duly justified and communicated to FURGOCASA as soon as possible, will assume all the expenses caused by a delay in the return of the vehicle and, in particular, those expenses derived from the circumstance that another client or another person asserts his rights against FURGOCASA as a consequence of the aforementioned delay.
Any justified cause of force majeure that prevents the return on the agreed date, must be communicated immediately to FURGOCASA so that it can be accepted; otherwise it will be considered an unauthorized delay.
We recommend, in the event that, for whatever reason, the client expects to arrive late for an appointment, to contact FURGOCASA as soon as possible in order to inform or extend your rental the necessary time paying the normal daily rate, which would be a lower cost than the penalty referred to in the preceding paragraph.
It is possible, that due to a subsequent rental already closed, it is not possible to extend your rental. In these cases, please do not be late. The next client also has the right to enjoy the trip in its entirety.
